Reminds me of that "The Culprit Is Kudou Shinichi" case where they accidentally gave it to him when he had a cold. 19:33 seals it; "it's too strong for us kids to break"... If only we had an adult to wield that murder weapon over there to break down this wood cabin so we could escape the fire...

she doesn't need to be sick; she's got a pill in her case that mimics having a fever. once that one kicks in then you take the APTX antidote. problem is the 'fever' pill only lasts for a seriously short period of time, like an hour if i remember right. once the fever stops the antidote can't work and 'pop' you're back chibi again. she gave Shinichi the fever pill once and he drank some of the 'magic liquor' that has the antidote base ingredients in it. i think it was movie 7.

the problem is if she reverts, she's gonna be a buck nekkid Miyano Shiho wielding a bloody axe with three kids as witnesses.
